We’re opening a very limited number of places on Minerva’s Florence Art Retreat to non-members who have previously expressed interest in our events or membership. This form helps us ensure the group remains cohesive and aligned.

To make the Florence Art Retreat as accessible and flexible as possible, we offer several payment schedules. All options begin with a £300 deposit to secure your place. The remaining balance can then be paid according to the schedule that best suits you with full payment required by the 1st May 2026 .

Completing it does not guarantee a place.

Monthly Instalments (Minimum)

This option allows you to spread the remaining balance across monthly payments.

  • After your £300 deposit, payments are made monthly

  • The minimum monthly payment is £350

  • The earlier your deposit is paid, the lighter the monthly instalments

  • Deposits paid later in the spring will require slightly larger monthly payments to meet the final deadline

This is the most gradual payment option.

Quarterly Payments

A structured option with payments spaced across the spring.

  • £300 deposit to secure your place

  • Remaining balance paid in scheduled instalments in February/March & April

  • Final balance due by 1st May 2026

This option suits those who prefer predictable, less frequent payments.

Pay in Full

For those who prefer to settle everything upfront.

  • £300 deposit deducted from the total cost

  • Remaining balance paid in one payment

  • Priority room allocation may be offered where possible

Please note: the exact monthly or instalment amounts will depend on when your deposit is paid, as all balances must be settled by Friday 1st May 2026.

Once you’ve submitted this form, we’ll review it & if approved you’ll receive a secure payment link to pay your £300 deposit. After your deposit is received, we’ll confirm your exact payment schedule and next steps by email.
