Cancellation & Refunds.

1. Membership Fees: Membership fees are non-refundable. If membership is revoked due to a breach of conduct, no refund will be issued. This ensures stability for the Club and allows us to plan events and benefits for all members.

2. Event Cancellations by Members

Cancellations can typically be made between 7 days to 3 weeks before an event for a full refund, unless otherwise stated. The exact timeframe depends on the event type and will be specified on each event page.

  • Cancellations after the stated deadline are non-refundable, unless another member is found to transfer the ticket.

  • Transfers may also have a 7-day to 3-week cut-off, depending on venue and catering requirements (e.g. meal selections and dietary requests submitted in advance).

  • No-shows are not eligible for refunds.

3. Event Cancellations by Minerva: If Minerva cancels an event, members will receive a full refund or club credits for a future event. Members may choose between a cash refund or credits.

4. Refund Processing Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days in line with Stripe’s processing timelines. Contact events@minervaartsclub.com for refund inquiries or contact us via membership portal.

5. Some events are designated as non-refundable (e.g. theatre tickets, special partnerships). If so, this will be clearly stated in the event description.

  • In such cases, members may transfer their ticket to another member within the stated timeframe to receive a full refund

6. Club credits are valid for 12 months.
