1. Introduction Welcome to Minerva Arts Supper Club ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website & participation in our membership & events. These Terms apply to all members, guests & attendees of Minerva events. By accessing our website or attending our events, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Membership & Eligibility: Membership is subject to approval through our application process. Members must be at least 21 years old. Membership is personal & non-transferable. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke membership at our discretion.

3. Events & Bookings: Event attendance requires prior booking through our platform. Payments for events must be made in advance. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who does not comply with our Code of Conduct.

4. Fees & Payment: Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Event fees are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Event refund policy is listed on every event page within the membership portal, for open events(events open to non-members) the refund policy will be clearly stated. Alternatively, you can email the events@minervaartsclub.com for clarity.

6. Conduct & Responsibilities: Members must adhere to our Code of Conduct. We reserve the right to revoke membership without refund for any breach of conduct. Members are responsible for their own safety at events. However, Minerva will do our due diligence to ensue safeguarding measures are met with our venue partner/organiser.

7. Liability & Disclaimers: While we take care to create safe & enjoyable experiences, members & guests participate at their own risk. Minerva Arts Supper Club is not responsible for personal injury, loss or damage unless caused by our negligence.

8. Membership is billed monthly & can be cancelled at any time with one month’s notice. No further payments will be taken after your current billing period.

9. Founding & Inaugural Member Rates

Founding Members & Inaugural Cohort Members are entitled to a lifetime discounted membership rate, which will remain fixed regardless of future fee increases or updates to these Terms & Conditions.

• Founding Members: £47 per month or £540 annually.

• Inaugural Cohort Members: £80 per month or £860 annually.

These rates are frozen for life, provided the member remains in good standing & their membership is continuous. Should a member cancel & later reapply, they will be subject to the prevailing membership rates at the time of reapplication. Your acceptance email will clearly state your tier.

10. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time (unless stated otherwise).
