AN EVENING FOR THE CULTURALLY CURIOUS…

Some evenings are made for more than simply going out.

This November, Minerva Society invites you into a world of literary wit, vintage fashion and beautiful company. An intimate salon evening celebrating the pleasure of dressing up, discovering something wonderful and spending time among interesting people.

Inspired by the elegance of the literary and artistic salons of another era, The Society Edit brings together performance, fashion history, music and conversation in a setting designed for connection.

Expect an evening that unfolds at its own pace, where the conversation is as much a part of the occasion as the programme itself.

Women-only event

What to Expect

A Private Oscar Wilde Performance

An intimate salon performance of excerpts from A Woman of No Importance, bringing Wilde’s celebrated wit, social observations and wonderfully sharp dialogue to life.

Vintage Vogue & Fashion Through the Decades

Discover a curated selection of vintage Vogue magazines, offering a glimpse into the changing worlds of fashion, beauty and society. An invitation to leaf through the pages of another era and explore the stories behind the style.

An Elegant Reception

Beautiful Company

Meet culturally curious women who share an appreciation for art, literature, fashion and the pleasure of good conversation. To preserve that atmosphere, attendance at The Society Edit is by registration and invitation, allowing us to bring together guests who share an enthusiasm for participating in the evening, rather than simply attending it. Whether attending alone or with a friend, the evening is designed to make introductions feel natural.
