3. Events & Bookings: Event attendance requires prior booking through our platform. Payments for events must be made in advance. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who does not comply with our Code of Conduct. All bookings are subject to availability. Places are confirmed only upon receipt of payment. Events are accessible to members only, unless stated otherwise.

4. Fees & Payment Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Event fees are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Event refund policy is listed on every event page within the membership portal

6. Conduct & Responsibilities Members must adhere to our Code of Conduct. We reserve the right to revoke membership without refund for any breach of conduct. Members are responsible for their own safety at events. Minerva will ensure reasonable safeguarding expectations are met with venue/organiser.

7. Liability & Disclaimers :While we take care to create safe and enjoyable experiences, members and guests participate at their own risk. Minerva Arts Supper Club is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage unless caused by our negligence

8. Membership is billed monthly or annually (based on your sign-up choice) and can be cancelled at any time with one month’s notice. No further payments will be taken after your current billing period.

9. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, members will be informed of any pending changes.
